The rise of zirconia implants: Biocompatibility, esthetics, and clinical promise
Zirconia implants have become a recognized, evidence-based solution in implant dentistry. Because of the increased demand by patients for a natural looking smile and more biocompatible material, Zirconia implants have gained popularity over time. The advancements in ceramic implant properties and designs in recent years have made it possible to immediately place and immediately provisionalize Zirconia implants successfully and predictably.
Mastering Zirconia Implant placement and restoration involves understanding the material’s unique properties, surgical techniques, and restorative procedures. This presentation aims to give an overview of the process for both single implants and full arch rehabilitation. By mastering both surgical and restorative aspects of zirconia implant, clinicians can provide patients with durable, esthetic, and biocompatible solutions for tooth replacement, and overall improve their quality of life.
Learning Objectives:
• Explore Zirconia implants as a solution for both single tooth and full arch implant reconstruction.
• Comprehend the surgical protocol for Zirconia Implants in different bone densities.
• Attain knowledge in restoring Zirconia implants from provisional to definitive restoration.
• Understand the Rational for Zirconia implants and how they can grow your implant practice.
The evolution of all on X
Full Arch Implant reconstruction progression from analog to digital workflow allows predictability, precision, and more efficient treatment. This presentation will highlight the evolution of All on X and the benefits of applying current technology to simplify the process.
Fully guided full arch Implant reconstruction
A large portion of the US population today is edentulous. It is estimated that over 23 million individuals are completely edentulous and 12 million are edentulous in one arch. In addition to that, we have a growing population with terminal dentition conditions. Traditionally, these patients were treated with staged implant placement and delayed loading. Such traditional approach requires multiple surgeries and longer treatment time. Consequently, the traditional treatment approach is associated with increased morbidity and longer healing periods. Utilizing this Digital workflow for implant reconstruction to treat patients with terminal dentition and those who are fully edentulous will significantly increase predictability, precision, and reduce treatment chair side time which overall increases patient satisfaction.
