Dr. Jean-François Ardouin has been in private dental practice since 1986 and is the co-creator of the OSB (Spatial Organization of the Mouth) method alongside Dr. Rodrigue Mathieu. He is the co-author of the internationally translated book “Teeth Tell the Truth” and author of the upcoming “OSB – The Technique of the Method” (2026). With over 30 years of international teaching experience, Dr. Ardouin has trained dentists across Europe, Asia, and the Americas, contributing significantly to innovative diagnostic and functional dentistry approaches.

Spatial organization of the mouth: Oral balance and overall health
The acronym OSB, which stands for Oral Spatial Organization, is the result of numerous clinical and practical observations in dental practices since 1984. Oral balance is achieved by systematically increasing the vertical, sagittal, AND TRANSVERSAL dimensions, regardless of the patients age or oral condition. This therapy is therefore intended for all types of oral dysmorphia (Class II, Class III, overbite, crossbite, etc.).
Our practice has highlighted links between all types of oral deformities and more general pathologies (migraines, back pain, inflammatory and/or chronic diseases, asthma, eczema, tendinitis, ENT problems, depression, anorexia, kidney stones, cardiac, pulmonary, and neurological problems, etc.). Another unique feature of OSB is that by stimulating the stomatognathic system (the mouth) according to a precise and reproducible protocol, we have observed a significant improvement in symptoms.
