Dr. Mayur Khairnar has pursued a master's in Periodontology and Implantology. Later he continued his journey with great zeal in the field of oral Implantology. He is a fellow of ISOI and ICOI. He is an international researcher with 12 publications, 5 patents, and design registration registered under him. 

Dr. Mayur has conducted Clinical Courses & workshops in many cities across India, Egypt, Jordan, Dubai, Italy, Spain, Israel, Russia, Ukraine, and many more Countries across the globe. With experience in the placement of multiple thousands of successful immediate loading dental implants in his career, He has trained numerous dentists and clinicians with the concept of All on Basal Cortical, an immediate loading concept aimed at improving Quality of Life. He is specialized in pterygoid, Zygoma, Nasal floor, and lingual cortical engagement with both one-piece and Two-piece implants in reasoned cases.

Dr. Mayur always believed "No matter What is a bone condition, our treatment must be intended to improve Quality of life of the patient.” Thus, his practice is more focused on Graftless solutions with immediate loading protocols for highly resorbed and atrophied cases.
